திருவானை  தீர்த்தத்தில்  நீராடும்  நங்கை  

திருமாலின்  சீர்மேவும்  செல்வ தங்கை  

ஒரு நாளும்  தீகிலாது  காத்திடும்  மங்கை  

தரு வேம்பு  தழையினிலே  பிணி களைவாய் இங்கே  (சம

                                 இரண்டு  களை சவுக்கம்  

அருள்மேவு  ஆதி   சங்கரர்  அணிய  செய்த   

பொருள்  பொதியம் ஸ்ரீ சக்ர  குழை  அணிபவளே  

       மத்யம  கால சமஷ்டி  சரணம்:

கருமாரி  உருவாகி  காத்திடும்    தாயே

          Music - Statrs from our birth.  With a lullaby of  the  mother  the  infant sleeps. The effect  of  certain  ragas like Anandha Bhairavi, Neelambari,  in carnatic  music  has tranqualizing   effect by  the  nature  of  the
ragas.  As  we grow we learn Music  from the mother nature, the rhythmic  sound  of the rivers,  thundering sound of the water-falls,  invoking sound of  the sea-waves, the  ahaara sound  of the wind  ect.  The prabanjam itself   is  the  nadha roopam    (musical form)   as it  is  said  'Omkara shabdham'  or Pranavam.  In our life span  though some of us  have oppurtunity to  learn  music systematically,  most  of  us  learn  through  hearsay, listening (kelvi  gyanam).  Some  how music  goes hand in  hand  with us in  every walk  of  life.   Atlast   at our eternal journey,  the  particular kind  of music(kottu, parai) follows  us.
